Problem Note 20482: Fixed width files might truncate in SAS® Enterprise Guide®
Certain fixed width data files might truncate when using the Import Data
task in SAS Enterprise Guide. This will most likely occur when the table
is very wide.
If the number of rows is less than 65,550, you can circumvent the
problem by using Microsoft Excel to open the data and save it as a .xls
file. Then use SAS Enterprise Guide to import the new .xls file.
